Waru Productions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through waruproductions.com.au, how we use it and who we share it with. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, event type, event date and any project details you write in the message field. We don't collect any personal information automatically through cookies or analytics tracking; this site currently doesn't use either.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare a tailored production plan and quote for your event. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that delivers your message to our inbox. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside Australia. We also use GitHub Pages to host this website, which may log basic technical data such as IP addresses as part of normal web server operation; we don't have access to identify you from these logs.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and, where an event goes ahead, for our business records. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, contact us using the details below.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at info@waruproductions.com.au.
